1．Product design
a. We can develop new products based on samples or prototypes by
using reverse engineering,3D digitizing and laser scanning
technology.
b. We can develop new products according to simple sketch and brief
description like function.dimension etc.We provide customers with
3D model and 2D as request.
c. We can join in the customer’s design group. for example: summit
the economic plan to save cost.point out the existing design
problems for product such as the undercut.sharp angle .processing
difficulty and so on.
2．Mold-flow analysis
This is a very important process,because we need to understand the
possibility of product in advance in order to prevent some possible
problems like air trap.mark.and welding line etc. especially for
the big product,so we introduce the advanced moldflow analysis
software and professional engineers to stimulate ,analyze ,optimize
and validate plastic parts and mold design .it effectively
pre-prvent the potential problems as so to save cost ,control
quality and guarantee delivery time.
3．prototype-making
For some projects,Prototype is inenvitable process.it can help
engineer check the product function and also prevent some problems
which should be found after mould trial. In order to meet the
requirement,we bought the advanced prototype equipment and
cultivate the high-skill staff to do the prototype by CNC or laser
machine . As a result ,it can help us provide customers with
high-quality prototype for confirmation very fast.

Brief introduction of service process
1. Project management flow chart
First, we received your request for quotation and design files and
give you a detailed quotation. Usually we will give you quotation
within 24 hours.
Once you approve the order, we will start the mold deign, it needs
about 3 days, because at the beginning of each project, our
engineer need to sit together and have a meeting to find a best
solution for the mold design.
After finished the mold design, we will send you a 3D mold assembly
drawing for you to check and confirm.
As soon as you confirmed the mold assembly drawing, we will
purchase steel material and give you a schedule about your project.
After that, we will start the mold making. When the mold is
finished, we will have the first mold trial and send you some free
samples to check and test.
If you think the sample is good, then we will do the mass
production as required. And if the samples are rejected, we will
modify our molds.
When the production finished, we will pack the goods and deliver it
according to your requirement. Meanwhile, we will sen you the
packing pictures.
2. Quotation sheet
After receiving your RFQ, we will quote price and send you a
detailed quotation sheet. As you can see from this sheet, we will
mention the mold cavities, steel material, injection system, mold
size, mold weight, mold life, lead time as well as the price.
And about the price, what important is that this price is valid
within a week. Because you know, the material price and the
exchange rate change day by day.
3. Weekly report:
During the mold making, we will send you the weekly report each
week to keep you noted about the mold progress.
4. Sample inspection report:
Usually when sending you the first trial samples, we will also send
you an inspection report together for you to check the part size.
5. Note for mold changes or modifying
If there is something about the sample which are not ok, we will
make a note for mold changes or modifying. In this note, we will
point the problem, the relative solution, the time as well as the
time needed.
6. The final one is a sheet about all the details for mold deignWhen we do the mold design, we need to take all this information
into our consideration to guarantee a best solution for the molddesign

clients'drawings.
Q3: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A:Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with
your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the
drawing.
Q4: What is the MOQ?
A: Usually we don't set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we
are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality
standard.
Q5: Whether some samples can be provided?
A: Yes, We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock,
but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
