Q: Does your company make mold by yourself?
A: Yes, we have our owned mold workshop around 2000 square meters
including mold and molding.
Q: How many molds can you buid per year?
A: We can build 400-500 sets of injection molds per year.
Q: When did you start to export molds to USA and Europe?
We had business with them for 8 years.So we know their standard
very well.
Q: What is your payment term and how do you pack the mold for
delivery?
A: Usually, our payment term is 50% on PO, 30% on T1 sample and 20%
on mold approval before delivery by T/T.
Q. What I should offer to you if I need a quote?
A: 2D product drawing & 3D File, or send us real plastic sample.

Advance | Payment by proforma invoice. |
Product Design Checking | We check the product design. If some position is not perfect, or
can not be done on the mould, we will send customer the report. |
Mold Tooling | We start to make mold after mold design confirmed. |
Mold Processing | Send report to customer once each week. |
Mold Testing | Send trial samples to customer for confirmation. |
Mold Modification | According to customer’s feedback. |
Delivery | Delivery by sea or air. The forwarder can be designated by your
side. |
